Astrology is a cultural tradition, not a science. Please read and use our content in that spirit.
Astrology is presented as tradition
Pages describe what astrological traditions say about signs, elements, planets and compatibility. Controlled studies have not found that zodiac signs predict personality, compatibility or events. When a page says a sign “is” adventurous or loyal, it is summarizing tradition, not describing you. Read what the research says.
Not professional advice
Nothing on this site is medical, psychological, legal, financial, career or relationship advice. Do not make health, money or relationship decisions, or judge other people, on the basis of zodiac signs. If you need help, contact a qualified professional; in an emergency in the United States, call 911, or call or text 988 for mental-health support.
Horoscopes and yearly outlooks
The daily horoscope and the 2026 page are based on real, calculated positions of the Moon and planets, but their meanings are fixed interpretive texts from astrological tradition. They are the same for everyone with a given sign and are not personal predictions.
Calculators
The birth chart, Chinese zodiac and Mayan calculators use documented astronomical and calendar methods and are tested against reference data. Results depend on the accuracy of the birth details you enter, including the time zone and daylight-saving rules for that date and place. Placements close to a sign boundary are marked because a few minutes can change them.
Other traditions and historical claims
We describe Chinese, Vedic, Mayan, Aztec, Egyptian, Celtic and Native American traditions as carefully as our sources allow and note where popular charts lack a historical basis. Members of those cultures may describe their traditions differently; we welcome corrections.
