Guest post submitting
Write for us: guest post guidelines
We welcome original, well-sourced articles about the zodiac, its history and the sky. Here is what we publish and how to submit a guest post.
Topics we accept
- The history of the zodiac and astrology, from Babylon to today.
- Astronomy behind the signs: constellations, precession, eclipses, planets and how to observe them.
- Zodiac traditions around the world, written with credible sources, ideally by people who know the tradition well.
- Mythology and art: the stories, images and symbols of the twelve signs.
- Calendars and calculation: time zones, ephemerides, Lunar New Year, the Maya calendar.
- Clear, honest explainers of how astrology is practiced, and of what research says about it.
What we do not publish
- Predictions or advice presented as fact, including health, money or relationship advice based on signs.
- Celebrity or private individuals’ birth data without a reliable public source.
- Copied, spun or mass-generated text, or articles already published elsewhere.
- Spam, link schemes, promotional copy, gambling or adult content, and misleading or sensational claims.
Quality and originality standards
- Original and unpublished, written for our readers in clear US English.
- Usually 900 to 2,000 words, with one clear topic and helpful headings.
- Facts supported by sources you list at the end, preferring primary, academic, museum or official sources.
- Tradition clearly labeled as tradition; no invented statistics or quotations.
- If you used AI tools, say how; you remain responsible for every fact and sentence.
Editorial review
Submitting a pitch does not guarantee review, a response or publication. A submission may need changes for clarity, accuracy and length, including edits to links. A submission may also be declined. Publication is never guaranteed, and we decide whether and how any link is included in the article. Accepted authors are credited by name, with a short, truthful author note.
Disclosure policy
Tell us about any connection you have to a product, service, organization or website you mention or link to. If such a connection exists, we will either decline the piece or state the connection clearly at the top of the article. We do not publish articles written to promote a business.
How to submit
- Read the topics and standards above.
- Send a pitch with a working title, a five-line outline, two or three sources and a few words about you, through the contact form (subject “Guest post submission”) or by email to contact@zodiacsigns.it.com.
- If we like the idea, we will ask for the full draft.
- If you have not heard from us within 30 days, please consider the pitch declined.
